I received my back and I did like at first. After trying and used it for couple of days, my shoulder is hurting, the backpack is heavy and so big, I feel like I’m carrying a suitcase. My both shoulder and back is hurting every time I use it. Is there any way that you guys have a medium size or not so heavy. I want to return or exchange.

They made a mistake with a purse they sent me and they are trying to fix the problem for me. Once the problem is completely fixed, I'll update my review.

Love the feel but can be better but the shipping took way too long customers always look for fast shipping hopefully they work on this
