The sliding strap can be worn multiple ways, changing between a shoulder and a top handle bag. Made in matelassé leather, the accessory is introduced for Luxury Love Parade with monochrome hardware.

I received my back and I did like at first. After trying and used it for couple of days, my shoulder is hurting, the backpack is heavy and so big, I feel like I’m carrying a suitcase. My both shoulder and back is hurting every time I use it. Is there any way that you guys have a medium size or not so heavy. I want to return or exchange.
