Happy Returns provides immediate, in-person returns for items purchased at participating online retailers. Simply bring the item to the Mall Management Office and Happy Returns will process the return, initiate the refund and handle the return shipping. The service is free of charge.

Complimentary Wheelchairs are available at the Management Office Mon-Fri from 11am-4pm. Visit the Management Office on the south side of the mall, between Macy’s and JCPenney, behind PINK, the Play Area, Foot Locker and VANS.

We offer free wireless internet to our shoppers at this Simon shopping center. Any shopper with a Wi-Fi enabled laptop, tablet or smartphone can easily log onto the Wi-Fi network. All shoppers have to do is open their web browser or select “#Free Simon Wi-Fi” (the SSID name) from their available list of wireless networks to get to the Simon Malls Wi-Fi landing page.
